This client we do everything technically.One year we designed a post-opening video roll breakaway screen with a real Hummer breaking through with the CEO and Founder in the vehicle.
The next year was a Star Wars theme with a full Star Wars stage set.
The next year was a 20′ high by 60′ wide dimensional castle with a working drawbridge. The opening video was projected on a 60 foot wide 16×9 snap-away screen revealing this castle. As the first screen snapped away, there was a black shark’s tooth behind it revealing the founder in a magical wizard costume. With a swish of his pyro-wand, the shark’s tooth snapped away, revealing the CEO on a live white horse.
We designed the set, stage lighting, sound, and video. We provided the stage lighting, sound, video equipment as well:

- 12 Color Changers
- 28 color changers controlled by Hog console.
- 3 Sony Video Cameras
- Grass Valley switcher
- Folsom switcher
- Beta SP record/playback
- Christie Digital L-8 projectors
- 15 x 20 Screens multiple computer feed
- We handled 12 breakout rooms with 1 projector, screen both computer and video playback, sound system, and lighting in each.
