Michael has been designing innovative production environments for 35 years and continues to create distinctive looks for a varied and long-standing clientele in corporate, music and special events industries. As a technical director, and video director, Michael creates corporate and special events all over the world, has numerous award show ceremonies and lighting designs to his credit. A former music industry production manager/lighting designer/sound engineer, he continues to answer pleas for a ‘hired gun’ on high-end shows. Michael oversees MSA corporate operations while continuing to personally produce and design many events.
Guy Conger
Partner, MSA / Technical Director, Production Manager
Guy brings to MSA more than 20 years experience designing and staging events of all sizes. Guy has developed and innovated all of the MSA large format Catalyst shows. He talents extend out side of MSA in other large production formats around the nation.His artistry originates from an early background in theatrical lighting design, and includes ongoing relationships with the Ballet Pacifica and the Civic Light Opera of the South Bay Cities in Southern California. An accomplished moving light programmer, Guy works hand in hand with many other programers to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Mark Matzkanin
Lighting Designer / Programmer
Mark is a lead programmer for national product roll-outs, trade shows and exhibitions for many MSA clients. An accomplished lighting designer and an extremely proficient lighting/catalyst programmer. Mark is known for his work in theatre, Theme parks around the world, and innovative corporate/awards shows.

One of the top 5 engineers and audio designers in the country. With 30 years experience mixing/system designers, Curtis specializes in creating systems to accommodate the unique needs of musical acts, industrial shows, corporate theatre, business seminars, meetings and special events.
John Feinstein
Audio Engineer
With 30 years experience in all facets of the audio industry from engineering to complete system designs. John has several awards for his talent in Musical theatre. He has also designed several in house major theatre systems incorporating digital technologies. He continues to expand his valuable expertise to MSA corporate/special event programs.
