ICSC 09 we technically produced 3 venues in Las Vegas for this client. The challenge
was ICSC was being hit hard by the recession and needed a cost efficient quick set for
the different venues scheduled. One was the Gala Night at Caesar’s using our pillow
set concept. The others were in the Hilton Center main ballroom where a 185’ wide
set was needed; there we used our spandex set. The third was in the Hilton Pavilion
Room where the crinkle set was utilized. In addition to the three rooms MSA
provided extensive 20 room breakout sets up in the Hilton and Las Vegas Convention
Center.
